Most Oregon oil heat dealers are part of a professional organization known as the Oregon Petroleum Association. This group comes together regularly to address the needs and concerns of heating oil customers as well as the industry as a whole. The group is responsible for innovative programs like the underwriting of heating oil storage tank service contracts. The oil heat help desk is another example.

This phone line allows customers, real estate agents and potential home buyers to call a single source for answers to any number of questions ranging from where to get equipment, to soil testing, to issues surrounding real estate transactions. The help desk is not intended to take the place of the relationship you have with your local dealer. It is intended to help connect you to whatever help best serves your needs.
