Most local oil heat dealers in Oregon are members of The Oregon Petroleum Association (OPA). This statewide association of motor and heating fuel marketers brings dealers together to discuss current issues in the industry, improve customer service, establish professional contacts and enhance professional abilities. OPA works with city, county, state and federal governments to inform elected and regulatory officials about petroleum marketers' concerns. OPA also has numerous programs and services designed to help members and their customers.
